Quebec, a part of East Brooklyn, Comnnecticut was once the site of the Quinebaug Mills which were destroyed by fire around 1900. The mill building pictured here is the only remaining structure that exists today. The dwellings pictured have been rebuilt on the sites of the old housing which provided for the mill workers and is an example of a classic mill village of years gone by.
