Tour de Cure kickoff 02-06-13

The American Diabetes Association held a Kickoff Event in Middletown at Pedal Power, a long-time supporter of the ADA annual bicycle ride, this year to be held on June 9 at the Durham Fairgrounds. The Tour de Cure is held each year as a fund raiser to fight the disease which is growing nationally. This event was attended by many who registered for the Ride, as well as numerous ADA officials who, as well as others, addressed the gathering, speaking about the Ride and the various issues surrounding diabetes, including methods of management and treatment.
